Roger L. Depue

Roger L. Depue is the founder of The Academy Group, an elite private sector consulting firm. In addition to his work as head of the FBI’s Behavioral Science Unit, he has also worked as a police chief, and a SWAT Team member. He is a former Brother of the Order of Missionaries of the Holy Apostles. He speaks widely as a corporate consultant and most recently constructed a hypothetical profile of Deep Throat for The Discovery Channel, pegged to the thirtieth anniversary of the Watergate break-in. Depue was also a consultant on Universal Studio’s Red Dragon, a feature film version of Thomas Harris’ first Hannibal Lecter novel. His memoir, Between Good and Evil co-written by Susan Schindehette, was published by Warner Books.
